Known to long-time Caltrain riders as “Caltrain’s Twitter guy,” Lipps now oversees the social media and website teams for Caltrain, SamTrans and TA. He lives somewhere in California with an undisclosed number of family members, and two dogs. He rides Caltrain to work.
